ORA-1033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress and ora 12560 Oracle Protocol Adapter Error
I am stuck with a little oracle problem. I took a copy from the real server windows server 2003 and it worked in esxi server but oracle not working properly. This means I got the error above when I tried to connect. And I'm still getting the error so it's safe to assume something is wrong. The usual way to tackle the problem is to use the following sequence of commands from the command line:
sqlplus /nolog SQL> connect / as sysdba TNS:protocol adapter error please advice my email mohamadzwett@gmail.com
